IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference

The online submission system for the certified PDF(s) paper(s) :

At the same time, submit the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) paper and the source Microsoft Word file to iseee@ugal.ro. The number of papers is limited to 2 for the main author.

The deadline is 1st October, 2019.

Important note: Only certified PDFs accompanied by Copyright Form (DOC or  PDF) and paid registration will be published in the ISEEE 2019 Symposium Proceedings!

Note: Registration form and all the above mentioned documents can be sent to iseee@ugal.ro.  Financial obligations of the author must be honored in order to include the paper in ISEEE 2019 Proceedings (the Conference Fee is paid).
