Registration

 

For each paper at least one of the authors must be registered before October 1st, 2023, to include the paper in the Conference Program.

IEEE members should send a scanned copy of the valid IEEE membership card to the ISEEE 2023 Secretariat (iseee@ugal.ro).

Registration as a PhD Student requires an Official Letter stating that the registered person is a full-time Ph.D. student. This letter should be sent to the ISEEE 2023 Secretariat (iseee@ugal.ro).

Each participant should register by sending the filled registration form (doc and pdf) and a copy of the payment form to: iseee@ugal.ro

Standard registration     250 EUR
IEEE members     200 EUR
PhD student registration     150 EUR
Accompanying person     100 EUR
On-line presention and participation     100 EUR

Notes:

  1. The fees cover access to all sessions, conference materials, paper in conference proceeding, coffee breaks, daily launch, welcome party and conference dinner.
  2. On the bank payment form, as payment details please indicate the author’s name and the paper ID.
  3. Conference fee does not include bank charges.
  4. All cancellations must be made by writing to the ISEEE 2023 Secretariat (iseee@ugal.ro), before October 1st, 2023. Cancellations received before October 1st, 2023, are fully refundable minus a 40 € processing and administration charge. Cancellations received after October 1st, 2023, are non-refundable. All refunds will be done after the Conference. No refunds will be given for non-attendance. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
